Fiber Arts

Fiber arts and related collaborations. Fiber arts captures connections to my childhood, recalling my mothers passion for needle point and the pillows and blankets she carefully crafted for my sister and I as young children. I reflect on the relationship with my late parents and grieve their loss, while appreciating my growth despite it. I attempt to honor both their careful love and labor in raising my sister and I through their human faults, and express my careful compassion in the art of making lace.
